We’ve decided to choose the low power application for our project, here are some examples of devices where low power consumption is a priority over high speed:

IOT DEVICES: Smart sensors ex. Temperatures, sunlight, motion, and other home automation sensors.

MEDICAL IMPLANTS: Cardiac pacemakers and insulin pumps are examples of medical devices which require low-power ALU’S to minimize the need of battery replacement.

PORTABLE ELECTRONICS: phones, gps devices, and hand-held gaming controllers are examples of devices which need to consume low power in order to deliver extended battery life for enhanced user experience during prolonged usage away from power sources.
