In today's PR, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service oriented era, timely, friendly and proactive service is taught to enhance future business growth. Employee and Customer loyalty are always impacted when an organization employs the right person for its valued employees and customers.

 

My long experience in the PR, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service industry has enriched my experience in not only meeting, but also exceeding both client and customer's expectations with a service that sells. It has also assisted me in meeting employees' expectations whilst helping them enhance and further develop their technical and soft skills.

 

Throughout my years of experience, I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat businesses as well as spreading the word of our business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every organization.

 

Positioning a company for a better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I have performed successfully throughout my career.
