Currently, I work as a Pre-Sales Manager at Raya Information Technology, specializing in enterprise solutions across OpenText AIOps (Service Management & Observability), including SMAX, CMDB, OpsB, and NOM, as well as Cisco Full-Stack Observability (Splunk & AppDynamics) and SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM).
