Shrief Hemaid

I am a retired Colonel Dentist (consultant) with extensive leadership experience throughout my career. I started as a general dentist, passed through a head of department, and progressed to the role of vice hospital manager.

I possess a strong ability to lead my team toward achieving our goals. During the last five years of my military career, I embraced additional challenges alongside my other responsibilities. I served as a lecturer, a reviewer for the ethics committee, and a postgraduate supervisor for Master's and PhD theses at the Military Medical Academy.

My military background, combined with my experience as a teaching staff member and supervisor, has equipped me with strong leadership skills, the ability to work effectively within a team, and the capability to guide my juniors in discovering their potential. I am confident that I would be a suitable candidate for this position.
